What’s the Difference?

It’s the beginning of a new year and for many that means new resolutions, expectations and experiences. Awww, the promise of a new body, a new life, a new business . . . . but what’s the difference?

What’s the difference between today and yesterday?

More than anything else it’s a mind shift. It’s the expectation of something different. A reason for change and an atmosphere of motivation. But it’s not enough to make a new resolution, create a vision board or set some new goals, you have to act and think in line with the psychology.

If you take a holistic versus just a behavioral perspective of your life and your business, ask yourself: What is the totality of what it is I want to do differently this year and what specific personal and professional shifts will I make in order to change?

Once you define that list, you’ll find yourself actively moving forward.
